Plagiarism

Hi guys! Today I want to share with you what I had learned about plagiarism. So, plagiarism is copy works and declare as your job or you own words. It doesn't matter even assignment,article or idea.

HOW TO PREVENT PLAGIARISM

There are two ways to overcome the problem which are:

• REPHRASING

       -Expressing the meaning of writer by using other words especially to achieve clarity
       -There are 3 ways to rephrasing:

1. Reword
2. Rearrange
3. Recheck

•      REFERENCING

      -Include a reference page at the end of you paper.
      -Check the guidelines
      -Refer to your instructor about how to turnitin

How to calculate grade point average?

Last three weeks ago, Sir Faizal taught us about how to calculate grade point average after we get our examination result.

What is Grade Point Average?

➤It is an indication of a student's academic achievement at a university,calculated as the total of the     grade point received over given period divided by the total number of credit awarded.

What is Grade Cumulative Grade Value?

➤ It is a value reported each end of the semester or the duration of the studies,it shows the student's        achievement in mastery and learning outcome.

An example on how to calculate the grade point average.

This is an example of iCGPA of a student at a university.

My third lesson is goal setting. It is a must for us as a student to have at least one goal in our life.So, Madam Hamidah taught me on how to manage my goal using SMART. It is good for me because I can manage my time well as there are short-term and long-term goals. So,you can use this tips not only for your studies but also in your real life.

Sir Faris also taught us on how to take note effectively in class. Basically,what we have to do is stay focus in class.That is one of the important things beside always ask question if we don`t understand. Here are some tips that I had learned from UED class. I hope it will help you guys.

This is the first assignment that were given by Sir Faris, Miss Suria and Madam Rozita.In university,usually we will use English as our intermediate language. So, it won`t be a problem for student like me to use English in my assignment.

This is the first module that I have learned about study skills.The class was held at Dewan Indera Segara.It was lectured by Dr Halil who is our Timbalan Rektor Akdemik UiTM Pahang Kampus Jengka. It was a bit difficult for me at first time but at least I understood how to apply study skills in our real life.So,just read it.
